ส่วนที่ ๒ การประกอบธุรกิจการนำคนต่างด้าวมาทำงานกับนายจ้างในประเทศ

ผู้รับอนุญาตให้นำคนต่างด้าวมาทำงานต้องใช้ชื่อ คำแสดงชื่อ หรือคำอื่นใดในการประกอบธุรกิจว่า “บริษัทนำคนต่างด้าวมาทำงานในประเทศ” และจะใช้ถ้อยคำหรืออักษรต่างประเทศอื่นที่มีความหมายเช่นเดียวกันประกอบด้วยก็ได้
