หมวด ๔ การทำงานของคนต่างด้าว

ผู้รับอนุญาตให้ทำงานมีหน้าที่ต้องแจ้งให้นายทะเบียนทราบถึงผู้เป็นนายจ้าง สถานที่ทำงานของนายจ้าง และลักษณะงานหลักที่ทำ ทั้งนี้ ภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่เข้าทำงาน และต้องแจ้งทุกครั้งที่เปลี่ยนนายจ้าง
