(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติตามมาตรา ๓๒ หรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๓๓ (๔) เป็นผู้มีส่วนได้เสียตามมาตรา ๔๑ (๕) คณะกรรมการมีมติให้ออก เพราะบกพร่องต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสีย หรือหย่อนความสามารถ
