หมวด ๒ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการแข่งขันทางการค้า

ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ เลขาธิการอาจมอบอำนาจให้พนักงานกระทำการแทนได้ตามข้อบังคับที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด ให้ผู้ได้รับมอบอำนาจตามวรรคหนึ่งมีอำนาจหน้าที่เช่นเดียวกับเลขาธิการในเรื่องที่ได้รับมอบอำนาจนั้น
