หมวด ๓ การป้องกันการผูกขาดและการค้าที่ไม่เป็นธรรม

ผู้ได้รับแจ้งคำสั่งตามมาตรา ๖๐ ต้องปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งดังกล่าว เว้นแต่ศาลปกครองจะได้มีคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งให้ทุเลาการบังคับตามคำสั่งหรือให้เพิกถอนคำสั่งของคณะกรรมการ
