Clause 2 กฎกระทรวงการอนุญาตขายไพ่ พ.ศ. 2560

ผู้ใดประสงค์จะขอใบอนุญาตขายไพ่ต้องมีคุณสมบัติอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) เป็นรัฐวิสาหกิจไทย
(๒) เป็นนิติบุคคลที่จัดตั้งขึ้นตามกฎหมายไทย
(๓) เป็นบุคคลธรรมดาที่มีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่ายี่สิบปีบริบูรณ์
