หมวด ๓ อำนาจลงทัณฑ์

กำหนดอำนาจลงทัณฑ์ตามที่ตราไว้นี้ ผู้มีอำนาจลงทัณฑ์สั่งลงทัณฑ์เต็มที่ได้สถานใดสถานหนึ่งแต่สถานเดียว ถ้าสั่งลงทัณฑ์ทั้งสองสถานพร้อมกัน ต้องกำหนดทัณฑ์ไว้เพียงกึ่งหนึ่งของอัตราในสถานนั้น ๆ ห้ามมิให้ลงทัณฑ์คราวเดียวมากกว่าสองสถาน
