หมวด ๓ อำนาจลงทัณฑ์

นายทหารที่เป็นหัวหน้าทำการควบคุมทหารไปโดยลำพัง ให้มีอำนาจที่จะสั่งลงทัณฑ์ผู้อยู่ใต้อำนาจในระหว่างเวลาที่ควบคุมอยู่นั้นเสมอผู้มีอำนาจเหนือจากตำแหน่งของตนขึ้นไปอีกชั้นหนึ่งได้ เว้นแต่นายทหารซึ่งมีอำนาจเป็นผู้ลงทัณฑ์ชั้น ๒ ขึ้นไปจึงไม่ต้องเพิ่ม
