หมวด ๔ วิธีร้องทุกข์

คำชี้แจงของทหารว่า ผู้บังคับบัญชากระทำแก่ตนด้วยการอันไม่เป็นยุติธรรม หรือผิดกฎหมาย หรือแบบธรรมเนียมทหารว่า ตนมิได้รับผลประโยชน์หรือสิทธิตามที่ควรจะได้รับในราชการนั้น เรียกว่า “ร้องทุกข์”
