หมวด ๓ อำนาจลงทัณฑ์

ทัณฑ์ที่จะลงแก่ผู้กระทำผิดต่อวินัยทหารดังกล่าวไว้ในหมวด ๒ นั้น ให้มีกำหนดเป็น ๕ สถาน คือ ๑) ภาคทัณฑ์ ๒) ทัณฑกรรม ๓) กัก ๔) ขัง ๕) จำขัง
