เมื่อมีการจับกุมผู้ต้องหาหรือจำเลยที่ได้รับการปล่อยชั่วคราวโดยศาลซึ่งหลบหนีและได้ส่งตัวต่อศาลแล้ว ให้ผู้แจ้งความนำจับมีสิทธิได้รับเงินสินบน และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้จับมีสิทธิได้รับเงินรางวัล
