หมวด ๑๐ บทกำหนดโทษ

พรรคการเมืองใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๘๔ วรรคสามหรือวรรคสี่ ต้องระวางโทษปรับห้าเท่าของจำนวนเงินที่จ่ายไปโดยไม่ถูกต้อง ถ้าเป็นการกระทำความผิดซ้ำ ให้ศาลสั่งเพิกถอนสิทธิสมัครรับเลือกตั้งของหัวหน้าพรรคการเมืองและกรรมการบริหารพรรคการเมืองนั้น
