หมวด ๕ การอุทธรณ์
(๑) ในกรณีที่ ธปท. เป็นผู้ออกคำสั่ง ให้อุทธรณ์ต่อรัฐมนตรี
(๒) ในกรณีที่รัฐมนตรีเป็นผู้ออกคำสั่ง ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยวิธีปฏิบัติราชการทางปกครอง ให้นำกฎหมายว่าด้วยวิธีปฏิบัติราชการทางปกครองมาใช้บังคับกับการพิจารณาวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้โดยอนุโลม
