ให้เขตท้องที่ในจังหวัดเชียงรายดังต่อไปนี้ เป็นเขตควบคุมศุลกากร
(๑) อำเภอเชียงของ
(๒) อำเภอเชียงแสน
(๓) อำเภอแม่จัน เฉพาะในท้องที่ตำบลแม่คำและตำบลแม่จัน
(๔) อำเภอแม่สาย
(๕) อำเภอเวียงแก่น เฉพาะในท้องที่ตำบลม่วงยายและตำบลหล่ายงาว
