บุคคลที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตพิเศษให้ขับรถยนต์ทหารอยู่แล้วนั้น ท่านว่าจะรับใบอนุญาตขับรถยนต์ที่มิใช่รถยนต์ทหารตามพระราชบัญญัติรถยนตร์ พุทธศักราช ๒๔๗๓ ในขณะเดียวกันนั้นอีกก็ได้ หากว่าตนได้ปฏิบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมาย กฎ และข้อบังคับอื่น ๆ ซึ่งเกี่ยวแก่พระราชบัญญัติรถยนต์ เว้นไว้แต่ไม่ต้องทำการสอบความรู้
