Section 13 พระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญว่าด้วยการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน พ.ศ. 2561
หมวด ๒ คณะกรรมการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน
(๑) มีสัญชาติไทยโดยการเกิด
(๒) มีอายุไม่ตํ่ากว่าสี่สิบห้าปี แต่ไม่เกินเจ็ดสิบปี
(๓) สำเร็จการศึกษาไม่ตํ่ากว่าปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า
(๔) มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตเป็นที่ประจักษ์
(๕) มีสุขภาพที่สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
