หมวด ๒ คณะกรรมการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน

ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญนี้ ให้คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจขอให้หน่วยรับตรวจมีหนังสือชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริง หรือส่งเอกสารหลักฐานหรือพยานหลักฐานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเรียกผู้รับตรวจมาให้ถ้อยคำ เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการ
