หมวด ๓ ผู้ว่าการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน

เมื่อคณะกรรมการคัดเลือกบุคคลที่สมควรได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นผู้ว่าการได้แล้ว ให้เสนอชื่อผู้ได้รับการคัดเลือกพร้อมความยินยอมของผู้นั้นต่อประธานวุฒิสภา ให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๑๘ มาใช้บังคับแก่ผู้ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกด้วยโดยอนุโลม
