ส่วนที่ ๑ บททั่วไป

การพิจารณาคดีจะต้องกระทำ ณ ที่ทำการศาลในวันที่ศาลเปิดทำการและตามเวลาทำงานที่ศาลได้กำหนดไว้ในข้อกำหนดของศาล แต่ในกรณีมีเหตุฉุกเฉินหรือเป็นการจำเป็น ศาลจะมีคำสั่งกำหนดการพิจารณาคดี ณ สถานที่อื่น หรือในวัน หรือเวลาใด ๆ ก็ได้
