หมวด ๕ การเลิกประกอบธุรกิจ การเพิกถอนการอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจ และการห้ามการทำธุรกรรม

ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลใดประสงค์จะเลิกประกอบธุรกิจตามประเภทที่ได้รับอนุญาต ให้ยื่นขออนุญาตเลิกประกอบธุรกิจต่อรัฐมนตรีผ่านคณะกรรมการ ก.ล.ต. โดยในการอนุญาตรัฐมนตรีจะกำหนดเงื่อนไขใด ๆ ก็ได้
