หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้งกองทุน
(๑) ค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๕ และมาตรา ๑๐ (๒) ค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานของกองทุน
(๓) ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวเนื่องหรือเพื่อให้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
