หมวด ๒ การบริหารกิจการกองทุน

ในการพิจารณาเรื่องใด ๆ โดยคณะกรรมการ เมื่อคณะกรรมการมีมติเป็นประการใดแล้ว ให้มติของคณะกรรมการผูกพันส่วนราชการซึ่งมีผู้แทนร่วมเป็นกรรมการอยู่ด้วย แม้ว่าในการพิจารณาวินิจฉัยเรื่องนั้น ผู้แทนส่วนราชการที่เป็นกรรมการจะมิได้เข้าร่วมพิจารณาวินิจฉัยก็ตาม ถ้ามีความเห็นแตกต่างกัน ให้บันทึกความเห็นของกรรมการทุกฝ่ายไว้ให้ปรากฏในเรื่องนั้นด้วย
