หมวด ๑ การกำหนดประเภทใบอนุญาต การขอรับและการออกใบอนุญาต

ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวซึ่งประสงค์จะแจ้งเลิกประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวสาขา ให้แจ้งให้นายทะเบียนทราบ พร้อมทั้งส่งคืนใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวสาขาให้แก่นายทะเบียนภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่แจ้งเลิกประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวสาขา
