หมวด ๔ ตราไปรษณียากร

ให้รัฐมนตรีจัดให้มีตราไปรษณียากรชนิดต่าง ๆ และบอกมูลค่าตามที่เห็นว่าจำเป็น และให้มีอำนาจเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขราคาตราไปรษณียากรนั้น เพื่อปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ตราไปรษณียากรที่ได้จัดให้มีขึ้น หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขราคานั้น ให้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
