หมวด ๕ การรับและส่งไปรษณียภัณฑ์

ห้ามมิให้บุคคลใดส่งทางไปรษณีย์ ซึ่งไปรษณียภัณฑ์อันเห็นได้ประจักษ์ว่ามีถ้อยคำ เครื่องหมาย หรือลวดลายเป็นเสี้ยนหนามแผ่นดิน หรือหยาบช้าลามกหรือเป็นที่ยุยงส่งเสริมให้มีการกำเริบหรือหยาบคาย หรือขู่เข็ญ หรือกรรโชก หรือผรุสวาทอย่างร้ายแรง หรือสิ่งอื่น ๆ ที่ผิดกฎหมาย
