หมวด ๑๐ ธนาณัติ

บุคคลใดซึ่งฝากเงินไปโดยทางธนาณัติ และถ้าเงินนั้นยังมิได้จ่ายให้แก่ผู้รับ อาจขอให้จ่ายเงินตามธนาณัตินั้นคืนแก่ตน หรือให้จ่ายแก่บุคคลอื่นนอกจากผู้รับเดิมได้แล้วแต่จะสั่ง ถ้าหาตัวผู้รับและผู้ฝากธนาณัติไม่ได้ให้กรมโฆษณาหาตัวผู้รับและผู้ฝาก เมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันโฆษณาผู้รับหรือผู้ฝากจะเรียกเงินตามจำนวนนั้นคืนหาได้ไม่
