ส่วนที่ ๒ ความผิดอย่างอื่น

ผู้ใดปิดกระดาษแจ้งความ ปิดประกาศ หรือคำแจ้งความ หรือปิดบัญชี ป้าย หรือสิ่งใด ๆ หรือกระทำการใด ๆ ให้เปื้อน หรือให้เสียหายแก่ที่ทำการไปรษณีย์หรือตู้ไปรษณีย์ โดยไม่มีอำนาจที่จะทำได้ตามกฎหมาย ผู้นั้นมีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าสิบบาท
