ส่วนที่ ๓ การตรวจค้นจับกุมและฟ้องร้อง

เมื่อผู้กระทำความผิดจะต้องถูกปรับสำหรับความผิดอย่างใด ๆ ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ถ้ากรมได้ทำคำร้องขอเป็นพิเศษแล้ว ศาลอาจสั่งในคำพิพากษาให้แบ่งเงินพินัยไม่เกินกึ่งหนึ่ง ให้แก่ผู้สืบการกระทำผิดนั้น
