หมวด ๗ ปริญญาและเครื่องหมายวิทยฐานะ

สถาบันมีอำนาจให้ปริญญากิตติมศักดิ์แก่บุคคลซึ่งสภาสถาบันเห็นว่าทรงคุณวุฒิและคุณธรรมสมควรแก่ปริญญานั้น ๆ แต่จะให้ปริญญาดังกล่าวแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสถาบัน ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งต่าง ๆ ในสถาบัน นายกสภาสถาบัน หรือกรรมการสภาสถาบันในขณะดำรงตำแหน่งนั้นไม่ได้ ชั้น สาขาของปริญญา และหลักเกณฑ์การให้ปริญญากิตติมศักดิ์ ให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับของสถาบัน
