หมวด ๖ บทกำหนดโทษ

ในกรณีที่ปรากฏว่ามีการกระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญนี้เกิดขึ้นในเขตพื้นที่ของสถานที่เลือก ให้ถือว่าผู้สมัครนั้นเป็นผู้เสียหายตามประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา
