หมวด ๔ การจัดสรรน้ำและการใช้น้ำ

การใช้น้ำประเภทที่หนึ่งไม่ต้องขอรับใบอนุญาตการใช้น้ำและไม่ต้องชำระค่าใช้น้ำ ให้หน่วยงานของรัฐหรือองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจัดทำข้อมูลการใช้นำประเภทที่หนึ่งที่อยู่ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ และจัดส่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวต่อสำนักงาน ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่ กนช. ประกาศกำหนด
