หมวด ๔ การจัดสรรน้ำและการใช้น้ำ
(๑) หลักเกณฑ์การกำหนดอัตราค่าใช้น้ำสำหรับการใช้น้ำประเภทที่สองและการใช้น้ำประเภทที่สาม
(๒) หลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขการเรียกเก็บ ลดหย่อน หรือยกเว้นค่าใช้น้ำ ทั้งนี้ จะกำหนดให้แตกต่างกันโดยคำนึงถึงกิจกรรม ลักษณะ หรือปริมาณของการใช้น้ำในแต่ละประเภทและในแต่ละลุ่มน้ำก็ได้
