Clause 6 กฎกระทรวงการแจ้งในกรณีที่ผู้รับหนังสือรับรองการแจ้งหรือผู้รับใบอนุญาตตายหรือสิ้นสภาพนิติบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562

ในกรณีที่ผู้รับหนังสือรับรองการแจ้งหรือผู้รับใบอนุญาตตายหรือสิ้นสภาพนิติบุคคลก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้บุคคลตามข้อ ๑ หรือข้อ ๔ แล้วแต่กรณี แจ้งต่ออธิบดีภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ
