หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

ในกรณีที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นมอบหมายให้ส่วนราชการหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐรับชำระภาษีแทนตามมาตรา ๕๐ ส่วนราชการหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐนั้นอาจได้รับส่วนลดหรือค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดเก็บภาษีตามอัตราที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง แต่ทั้งนี้ต้องไม่เกินร้อยละสามของภาษีที่รับชำระ
