ในกรณีที่ปรากฏว่าบัญชีรายการที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ได้จัดทำขึ้นไม่ถูกต้องตามความเป็นจริง ให้ผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นมีอำนาจสั่งให้แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมบัญชีรายการที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้างได้
