หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

ให้องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นมีอำนาจจัดเก็บภาษีจากที่ดินหรือสิ่งปลูกสร้างที่อยู่ในเขตองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นนั้น ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ภาษีที่จัดเก็บได้ในเขตองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นใด ให้เป็นรายได้ขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นนั้น
