Section 14 ทวิ พระราชบัญญัติการพนัน พุทธศักราช 2478
(๑) ถ้าโทษซึ่งกำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดที่กระทำครั้งหลังเป็นโทษจำคุกและปรับ ให้วางโทษทวีคูณ
(๒) ถ้าโทษซึ่งกำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดที่กระทำครั้งหลังเป็นโทษจำคุกหรือปรับ ให้วางโทษทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
