บรรดาประมวลจริยธรรม กฎ ระเบียบ หรือหลักเกณฑ์เกี่ยวกับจริยธรรมของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐที่มีผลใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้คงมีผลใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จนกว่าจะมีการกำหนดประมวลจริยธรรมหรือหลักเกณฑ์เกี่ยวกับจริยธรรมตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
