เมื่อพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับแล้ว ให้สมาคมสมาพันธ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารแห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งจัดตั้งขึ้นตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์เป็นอันยกเลิก และให้โอนบรรดากิจการ ทรัพย์สิน สิทธิ และหนี้ของสมาคมดังกล่าวที่มีอยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาไปเป็นของสภานับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
