ให้ผู้มีวิทยฐานะชั้นปริญญาตรีตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการกำหนดวิทยฐานะผู้สำเร็จวิชาการพระพุทธศาสนา มีวิทยฐานะระดับปริญญาตรีตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ถือว่าผู้ที่อยู่ในระหว่างการศึกษาหลักสูตรพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกธรรมและแผนกบาลีสนามหลวง ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ เป็นผู้เรียนตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
