ให้สำนักเรียนและสำนักศาสนศึกษาตามประกาศมหาเถรสมาคม ว่าด้วยการจัดการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกธรรมและแผนกบาลี พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕ และโรงเรียนตามประกาศมหาเถรสมาคม ว่าด้วยโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๓ ที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้จัดตั้งอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ เป็นสถานศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
