ให้คณะกรรมการสถาบันการเงินประชาชนจัดให้มีการประชุมสมาชิกเป็นการประชุมใหญ่สามัญ ปีละหนึ่งครั้งภายในหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีทางบัญชีของสถาบันการเงินประชาชนนั้น การประชุมใหญ่คราวอื่นให้เรียกว่า ประชุมใหญ่วิสามัญ
