ผู้สอบบัญชีนั้น ให้ที่ประชุมใหญ่สามัญเลือกตั้งทุกปีจากผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต ผู้สอบบัญชีซึ่งออกไปนั้นจะเลือกตั้งกลับเข้ารับตำแหน่งอีกก็ได้
