หมวด ๓ แผนพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย

เมื่อได้มีการประกาศแผนพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแล้ว ให้หน่วยงานของรัฐและองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นซึ่งมีหน้าที่ดำเนินการตามภารกิจที่กำหนดไว้ในแผนพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการให้สอดคล้องกับแผนพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยและปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามแผนดังกล่าว
