หมวด ๑๕ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดผลิตหรือนำเข้าผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรผิดมาตรฐานหรือผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรที่ถูกเพิกถอนใบสำคัญการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับ ใบรับแจ้งรายละเอียด หรือใบรับจดแจ้ง อันเป็นการฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๕๘ (๒) หรือ (๕) ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี และปรับไม่เกินสองแสนบาท
