หมวด ๑๕ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้โฆษณาผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของผู้อนุญาตตามมาตรา ๗๕ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ และปรับเป็นรายวันอีกวันละไม่เกินห้าพันบาท จนกว่าจะได้ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง
