หมวด ๘ การควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพร
(๑) ผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรที่สิ้นอายุตามที่ปรากฏไว้ในฉลาก
(๒) ผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรที่ภายหลังการผลิตได้แปรสภาพจนมีลักษณะเช่นเดียวกันกับผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรปลอมตามมาตรา ๕๙ (๖) หรือผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรผิดมาตรฐานตามมาตรา ๖๐
