หมวด ๑๕ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ผลิต นำเข้า หรือขายผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรที่ได้รับยกเว้นตามมาตรา ๑๘ วรรคหนึ่ง (๒) (๓) (๔) (๕) (๖) หรือ (๗) ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามประกาศที่ออกตามมาตรา ๑๘ วรรคสอง ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท
