หมวด ๖ การคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพ

เมื่อได้มีการแจ้งตามมาตรา ๒๓ วรรคหนึ่ง ให้ศูนย์ส่งเสริมและคุ้มครองครอบครัวตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับความรุนแรงในครอบครัวตามที่ได้รับแจ้งโดยไม่ชักช้า เพื่อดำเนินการคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพต่อไป
