บรรดากฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ หรือคำสั่งที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้ถูกกระทำด้วยความรุนแรงในครอบครัว พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ ที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จนกว่าจะมีระเบียบหรือประกาศที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
